USERJOY adheres to the principle of conducting business with integrity and maintains ethical
practices with its suppliers. Both parties are prohibited from directly or indirectly
providing, promising, requesting, or accepting any improper benefits, engaging in actions
that violate integrity, legality, or obligations, as well as manipulating, concealing, or
abusing information obtained based on their duties. It is important to refrain from making
false statements or engaging in unfair transactions regarding significant matters to uphold
the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
